This salon is a vehicle. A platform. An instrument for engaging with others - socially; politically; creatively. For those that feel, in these times and within the society we live, that it is important to have the need or urgency to meet others; for those who feel that is important not to close our self in our "little communities", but to reach out for more rather than just "surviving" our everyday existence. We need to support others and to be supported by others on many levels, in a climate and culture that continues to promote the opposite.

artspoliticssex is a framework for those who feel this need and is to be shared and run democratically by everyone that takes part.

This web site is the information vehicle of the salon and those who engage with it, and can be used as a social, political, creative vehicle.

The next salon will be on Monday 25 September at Toynbee Studios, 28 Commercial Street, E1 6AB. Starts at 7.30pm.
